Being a popular tourist destination, there are plenty of bus routes in and out of Mussoorie. There are government run buses, as well as tour operators. The proximity to Dehradun makes Mussoorie all the more accessible. Get bus tickets HERE.
If you want to fly to Mussoorie you will have to the nearest airport, the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun. From Delhi to Dehradun there are daily flights from airlines like Air India, Jet Airways, IndiGo, SpiceJet. From Dehradun there are tons of buses or taxis to take you the rest of the way. A road trip to Mussoorie offers some incredible scenery, and is worth it to drive instead to flying. You can do the drive in about 7.5 hours from Delhi, enjoying great views along the way. You can follow the map above, or take NH58 till Roorkee (via Meerut and Muzzafarnagar), and NH72-A to Dehradun. From there follow the state highway to Mussoorie.
