Port Barton, Philippines

A secluded location on the western shore of the island of Palawan, Port Barton is little more than a stretch of rugged coastline accentuated with tiny beaches here and there, but that’s a big part of the allure. There are no hotels or fancy restaurants, simply the tiny village of Port Barton.

If you are looking for a destination with a chill, laid back vibe this is the place to be. Since it’s secluded, reaching it is not that straightforward. The only airport is Puerto Princesa, which is served by all the major airlines, and from there, Port Barton can be reached by land in about 3-4 hours by bus or by van.
